1. Return Window

Damaged Items:
- If you receive an item that appears damaged upon arrival, you must provide clear, high-resolution photographs that clearly document the damage.
- If you believe an item was lost in transit, you are required to submit official proof of lost mail. Acceptable proof may include tracking information, a notification from the shipping carrier, or any other relevant documentation. "Item Arriving Late" is NOT a cause for this claim.

Non-Returnable Scenarios:
- Installed Items: Items that have been installed and subsequently damaged are non-returnable. No returns or refunds will be accepted for items that have been installed, regardless of the nature of the damage.

Shipping Issues:
- Any issues related to shipping—such as damage incurred during transit, loss of the item, or delivery to an incorrect address—will not be covered unless you provide 100% conclusive proof.
- If conclusive evidence is provided and a replacement is warranted, please note that you (the buyer) will be responsible for all associated re-shipping fees, including shipping and handling charges.

CUSTOM ORDERS 100% Non returnable due to the nature of custom order which cannot be sold again or reused. The only exception would be if the order was created with a major error on our parts such as "misspelling" wrong information or design as per a "written agreement prior" (not change of heart/mind on customers side).

Buyer's Remorse & Mishandling:
- We are not responsible for returns or refunds due to buyer’s remorse.
- Items that have been mishandled or improperly installed by the buyer are not eligible for a return or refund.

Return Authorization:
- All return requests must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Proof Requirement:
- Failure to provide the required photographic evidence for damaged items or proof of lost mail will result in denial of your return request.

Final Sale:
- Once an item has been installed or if it falls under any of the non-returnable scenarios mentioned above, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
